Short Bio

I am a third-year Ph.D. student in the Operations Research deparment at Columbia University. My current research focuses on dynamic optimization and stochastic control. I am fortunate to be advised by Professor Vineet Goyal. Here is my CV.

Before coming to Columbia, I received my M.S. in Decision, Information, and Communication Engineering (DICE) from the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) department at the University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin) in 2020. Prior to that, I earned my Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Physics from National Taiwan University (NTU) in 2018.

Research Interest

I am broadly interested in how strategic agents interact with an unknwon environment in a dynamic setting. Below are a few topics that excite me.

I am huge baseball fan and especially a fan of CPBL baseball team Uni-Lions. I also watch MLB and am a fan of the New York Yankees and the almighty Shohei Ohtani.

I am also a huge fan of Taiwanese singers 5566, Wu Bai and Jay Chou.
